PM Imran Khan to launch ‘CPEC City’ project in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch work on a megacity development project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in Rashakai town of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province on November 18. The city will be constructed under the CPEC and will consist of education and commercial zones, public buildings, apartments, golf courses, theme parks and sports facilities. The project would in turn establish new jobs for the people of Nowshera and the surrounding districts with the goal of boosting the provincial economy. CPEC (China Pak Economic Corridor) is a link between China & Pakistan which will result in a strategic alliance between both countries for future trade & business among regional countries. CPEC will be a game-changer for not only Pakistan’s economy but also the Real Estate Sector and will open new avenues of economic opportunities in Pakistan. CPEC will give a tremendous boost to the Real Estate Industry in Pakistan, making it a safer and more promising Investment Sector. The Federal capital Islamabad has also seen tremendous growth of innovative and modern Residential and Commercial projects with CPEC’s development such as Rashakai Economic Zone and Fateh Jang Economic Zone are the nearest economic zones from Islamabad.
