Newly Appointed Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan

The newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E Nong Rong, met with Asad Umar, Minister for Growth Planning and Special Initiatives, and addressed CPEC phase two. Industrial collaboration under CPEC was the main subject of the conference. Both expressed pleasure with the recently conducted meetings of the Joint Working Groups (JWGs). Asad said that the relations between Pakistan and China are exceptional and exemplary. Ambassador Nong Rong said China enjoys this special friendship and is hoping to further improve it. Minister Asad Umar and ambassador discussed the CPEC projects in detail. They agreed to work together to make the second phase of CPEC a success. The true impacts of CPEC on real estate of Pakistan would be witnessed after 2020 when the road belt will be functional. That is why CPEC is called to be a game changer for the entire region and Real Estate Sector of Pakistan. CPEC (China Pak Economic Corridor) is a link between China & Pakistan which will result in a strategic alliance between both countries for future trade & business among regional countries. CPEC will be a game changer for not only Pakistan’s economy but also the Real Estate Sector and will open new avenues of economic opportunities in Pakistan. CPEC will give a tremendous boost to the Real Estate Industry in Pakistan, making it a safer and more promising Investment Sector.
