CDA launches a project for road carpeting in Islamabad
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated road carpeting projects in the Federal Capital, among others. The Authority will work on various road networks, including Sector I-11, I-14, I-8, I-9, I-10, Sector G, and Sector H, under this program. The Authority has announced that substantial construction work has been completed and drainage systems in Sector I-10, I-11, I-14, and Sector H have been strengthened. It is estimated that the overall expenditure of this project is Rs.220 million Pakistani rupees. The federal government will finance this initiative. In this initiative, not only will the CDA (Capital Development Authority) fix the old roads, but also construct new roads to support the citizens of Islamabad.
